AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and System Physics, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("System Physics," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the GameTrail.Science application and website (the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

GameTrail.Science is an AI-powered hunting application that provides:
- Interactive topographic map analysis
- Weather-based hunting predictions
- Game movement analysis using artificial intelligence
- Hunting tips and recommendations
- Map annotation services

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

The Service provides guidance and predictions based on available data and artificial intelligence analysis. System Physics, LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE hunting success, safety, or any specific outcomes. All hunting activities carry inherent risks, and users participate at their own risk.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

- 3-day free trial period for new users
- Annual subscription: $49.99 per year
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are solely responsible for:
- Complying with all local, state, and federal hunting laws and regulations
- Obtaining proper hunting licenses and permits
- Following all safety protocols while hunting
- Verifying the accuracy of any information provided by the Service
- Your hunting activities and any consequences thereof

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SYSTEM PHYSICS, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Georgia.
